Your Author Manager will be available to you via email and phone (by appointment ). You will have access to your Author Manager through publication plus thirty days thereafter. All subsequent communications will be through our Post-Publication Support form.

Your Author Manager's role is to act as a single point of contact to consolidate all of your queries and to manage the team working on your project. Your Author Manager has the ability to act as a single voice, to keep the project organized, and to keep things moving along quickly and efficiently.
