We do our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. In most cases, this means same-day responses, but it can sometimes take longer. Below are our communication timelines.

1. It can take 1-2 business days for your Author Manager to respond to your emails.

2. Phone or video calls with your Author Manager are scheduled by appointment only.

3. It can take 1-3 business days for our Post-Publication Support Team to respond to your emails, entirely dependent on volume and complexity of your request.

Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We are closed on all Federal Holidays.
